These Terms of Use are between you, hereinafter referred to as "you" or "your" and mzedex.io (hereinafter referred to as "mzedex").

MzeDex may, but is not obligated to, provide Staking Programs for specific Digital Currencies to reward, subject to certain conditions, users who hold such Digital Currencies in their personal wallets.



When making use of said Staking Programs, you must take into account that:

• MzeDex does not guarantee user income under any Staking Program;

• MzeDex has the right to start or cancel the Staking Program for any Digital Currency or modify the rules of such programs at its sole discretion;

• Due to network delays, computer system failures or other force majeure, which may lead to delays in the execution of the MzeDex Staking Programs, MzeDex will use reasonable efforts to ensure that the MzeDex Staking Program is executed in stable and effective way;

• You agree that all investment transactions made on MzeDex represent your true investment intentions and that you unconditionally accept the potential risks and rewards of your investment decision;
